HOW TO RENT

To rent any equipment in our company, just call (tel.: +48 91 321 67 90) or go personally to our point (Wrzosowa 11, 72-602 Swinoujscie >> map <<), where, after settling minor formalities will get the state needed devices.

Settlement for rent occurs at the return of machinery / equipment, in an office or in the case of receipt of equipment from a customer in the place indicated by the Customer.

SETTLEMENTS

Proof of payment for the rental unit is invoiced vat.

For the safety of our interests when hiring utensils charged a refundable deposit in the amount of 1 000 zł or higher depending on the type of rented equipment.

REGULATIONS:

The person or company renting equipment in our company automatically apply to comply with the following conditions:

1. The duration of the lease is counted from the date of acceptance of the object of lease by the tenant to the date of repayment.

2. Subject of the lease is for the entire duration of the lease property of the landlord.

3. The tenant is obliged to use the leased premises solely for the purpose for which it is intended.

4. TENANT COVER FUEL COSTS AND TRANSPORT OF THE SUBJECT RENTAL.

5. TENANT IS REQUIRED TO COMPLETE AND FUEL TO STATE THE TIME OF HIRING OF THE SUBJECT.

6. With the expiry of the lease, the tenant is obliged to return the subject of lease the landlord can not deteriorated.

7. The tenant may not assign its rights and obligations under the lease agreement to a third party.

8. The tenant during the lease, bears full responsibility for leased.

9. The Lessor shall not be liable for damages resulting from a breach by the tenant safety rules during the use of the premises.

10. The landlord may terminate the lease agreement with immediate effect in the event of a material breach by the tenant of the provisions of the lease agreement.

14. All disputes shall be settled in the court to which the company hires RENTAL POINT-SUPREMA.

15. Payment by bank transfer is possible with the amount of more than 1 000 PLN.
